Can anyone tell what is in the package?

• No, your order will arrive in a plain tan colored package or priority mail box (white w/blue stripe) with "Tgcenterprises." as the return address.
   (if you order using FedEx, a FedEx logo will be the only logo on the box)

  Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. if you place an order after 5:00 PM, it will not process until the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, or at anytime on Saturday and Sunday are processed Monday morning.
   

• My order is overdue - where is it?   
  Our policy is to wait 10 business days before declaring a United States order lost. We wait 30 business days for shipments outside the United States.

• Typically orders are held by your local post office if the package is too large to leave or cannot fit in your mail box or requires a signature*. If you are not in the United States, you should check with your local postal or customs office, as many times an order is held there. If your order has not arrived within the standard time frame, email tgcenterprises@aol.com and be sure to include your first and last name.

• *All shipments with a value of $140 or greater (within the continental USA) will be sent via USPS Priority Mail and will require a signature for delivery.

What is your return policy?

• Sales are final for all products 
• VHS and DVD videos can only be exchanged if Defective
• Defective items will be exchanged for the same product only, provided the product was
  returned to us within 14 days.
